Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Notula. By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Notula creates transcripts and AI-generated notes from meetings you choose to process, using your Google account. It is provided as is and may change.
Your responsibilities
- Only process meetings you are entitled to process. Get the consent of participants where the law or your organisation's policy requires it for recording, transcription, voice identification and sharing.
- Do not use Notula for unlawful purposes, to attack or overload the service, or to access other people's meetings.
- Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under it.
- Review notes before relying on or sharing them.
AI-generated content
Transcripts and summaries are produced by automated systems and can contain errors, omissions or misattributed speakers. Do not use them as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of your meetings and the notes created from them. You give Notula permission to process that content solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sharing
Notes are shared with meeting attendees through Google. Sharing with external attendees requires your confirmation, and you are responsible for that choice.
Availability and changes
We may limit, suspend or change the service, including processing capacity and cost limits, at any time. You can stop using Notula and disconnect Google in Settings whenever you like.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notula is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: the support contact shown on the Google sign-in consent screen.
